Quilma

Quilma is a band created in Illa de Arousa in July 2013. Originally made up of five members from town, the band has changed over time until achieving its current line-up.

Quilma's sound is defined by an orientation to rock that, at times, can have pop overtones, using a type of unconventional structures in his compositions, since they escape a little from the typical verse-chorus structure, something that, In short, they ironically define as rockpopgresivo. Their sound is a constant evolution of the different influences of the members of the band, which allow influences of all kinds, from classical music to rock or electronic.

Quilma are Quique Barreiro (voice), Carlos Agra (guitar), Diego Drogo (drums), Ramón Lorenzo (bass), Víctor Karallada and Xose Piñeiro (guitars).
