TÁLESIEN

Tálesien was born in Galicia in 2002 from the ashes of Kraken. When they presented their EP “No Limits in Time” their name started to be seen in the specialized press, and they began to share stages with some big names of the metal scene. They played at the Piorno Rock festival in 2003 along with Anthrax, Cradle of Filth, In Extremo and Lost Horizon. In 2004 they shared the stage with Ronnie James DIO in one of his last concerts in Spain.

In 2005 they released their first full length recording, “The Blind Carpenter”, with which they performed in various festivals, touring all over Spain.

In "Melancolía", their second disc, published in 2008, they left English behind and for the first time used only Spanish for their compositions.

Tálesien are celebrating their 10th anniversary by publishing “El Silencio”, their third disc; with intense songs woven together with powerful riffs, elaborate melodies and intimate lyrics in the line of their previous record.

To finish off their extensive discography they have contributed tracks to two separate compliation discs, in homage to DIO and the Colombian band Kraken.

WIth over 200 concerts behind them Tálesien have shared the stage with a huge number of bands from the national and international metal scene, for example; DIO, Antrax, Riot, Cradle of Filth, Inmolation, Cancer (UK), Sacred Sin, Lost Horizon, In Extremo, Avalanch, Akashic (Brasil), su ta gar, S.A., Saratoga, Obus, Tierra Santa, Stravaganzza, Lujuria, Barón Rojo, Ñu, Valhalla, Ankhara, Easy Rider, Eco, Los Suaves...
