Presumido

Presumido might be introduced as cutting-edge synth pop 2.0 project released by Tarci Ávila and Nacho Dafonte. It was born with the aim of reaching those musical scopes where Spanish pop in his sharpest electronical countenance hasn’t stopped yet. Why synth pop 2.0? Easy answer: they have taken the style of classics such as Depeche Mode or Kraftwerk and blended it with contemporary references like Björk, Apparat, Aphex Twin, Telefon Tel Aviv… so that they’ve found his own distinctive style. They could be defined as a Depeche Mode version which is totally nuts.

Apart from an offbeat definition of the genre, they also merge a light and color show with handmade projections. It all ends up by being a full audiovisual and synaesthetic experience.

So…Who are the ones behind this project? Ávila and Dafonte are two musics whose live experience joined together is a full amount of 50 years of giving more than 1300 concerts in seven different countries. But being stuck into the past does not worth it, so it’s better to put an eye into the future and announce the first stop to step in. In September of 2016 they will be releasing their first LP “VENDETTA” and the next month the Spanish/Europe LP presentation will have his kickoff.
