Os Meninos, Galician trio born in Vigo made up of Magdalena Gamallo Fariña (voice), Iván García Barreira (guitar) Roberto Iglesias Marqués (guitar).Their music proposal is a clear look at their neighboring country, Portugal; Os Meninos base all their creativity and sensitivity on the language and musical wealth this country offers. Tradition and modernity, fado and jazz, flamenco, tango or reggae, come together to colour their own works and songs of Portuguese music.The trio deals with its own lyrics and covers, creating a bond with the Portuguese speaking world through the music, from fados to Zeca, from the tradition to the current times. Its aim is to create an atmosphere of intimacy and emotion, of easiness to the ears, where guitars and voice share the leading role.
