Holgado comes from O Val de Barcala, although their parents took him to be born in Santiago. It took him ages to walk and he made his First Communion with the Piarist Fathers. He has been making music for 20 years entrusted to San Cristóbal and Santa Margarita, who unfortunately, have never been very miraculous. In those 20 years, he had time to record four albums, tour the peninsula, sing on television, make the anthem of the best festival that has ever existed, and drink a lot of Ricardhú, which is what they call the “licor café” that his uncle Ricardo makes.
