Banda Bacana is a newly created project that brings to the stage the best fusion of Afro-Latin rhythms with Galician poetry and has a live show full of energy, very dynamic, that will make all audiences dance and sing along. The band consists of eight musicians with extensive experience and professional careers in different active projects, resulting in a very particular sound with a great wealth of timbres and nuances.Their show brings to the stage an original repertoire where Afro-Latin rhythms are mixed with the lyrics of Galician, Portuguese and South American poets to offer the audience a concert where they can dance, enjoy and experience live the union of cultures from here and the other side of the Atlantic. Our songs reflect the cultural exchange and the mutual influence that through emigration takes place between Galicia, Portugal and the other side of the Atlantic, drawing a musical path back and forth, from Galicia to Central America, from Portugal to Brazil.
