Cora Novoa is a music composer, DJ and creative director and founder of Seeking the Velvet, an independent record label of electronic and experimental-pop music, which works by expanding her artistic vision covering areas such as: art, music or design.She has been around the music industry for more than 10 years in three different areas: technical, commercial and creative. She combines her artistic career with her other professional sides: Ableton Official Trainer, musical content curator, teaching masterclasses or as a collaborator in the radioshow ‘El Laberinto’ on Radio3. She has performed in Berlín, Brussels, New Delhi, Ibiza, Moscú, Bratislava, Buenos Aires, París and Washington, just to name a few.Up there, where we almost always see her who we dance her, Cora still seems as unattainable as when walking at Madrid’s nightlife, almost a child. Already back then, some legend of talent preceded her and that shell as replicant over which we saw slipping all the ugly that sometimes happens after midnight. Between the dark techno tribe of the capital, she seemed so young, so blonde, so discreet, so mysterious, so... Galician!Her technical mastery shines because she has been filling it with emotions, energy, truth. Cora makes easy whatever is diabolically complicated; a privilege of someone who had very clear and very early that she wanted to pursue a professional music career: she has been working in the music industry for ten years in all areas.
