Lost Minnow is a progressive rock project founded by the composer Cristina Pena.It was born in 2017 in A Coruña, inspired by some stories and based on the original works of Cristina, who released her debut EP that same year. From that moment on, she began to play her songs live, both in band and solo format.In 2019, she was invited to perform the EP live at one of the biggest music events in the world: the Namm Show in Los Angeles.Lost Minnow sounds like a mix of American post-hardcore and Japanese math rock, resulting in an unprecedented and innovative sound."Dear Ghost" (2023) is her second EP, which displays an evolution in style, now more established. Here, you can listen to tracks such as the single "Dear Ghost", with a ever-present electric guitar and riffs with a high level of technical execution; or "3 AM", the ballad of the album where the instrumental part becomes a secondary plane, the voice being the real protagonist. "Vampire" and "October" will not go unnoticed, as they also maintain the technical riffs without giving up catchy choruses.Undoubtedly, an unrepeatable band in the national scene.
